About us
THE SPIRIT WARRIOR STUDIOS
Spirit Warrior Studios was shaped by a lifelong commitment to faith, learning, creativity, and community. From an early age, I was raised in a Christian home where Scripture, teaching, and thoughtful reflection were part of everyday life. That foundation formed a lasting interest in how belief, purpose, and practice intersect in real life. Before launching Spirit Warrior Studios, I was involved in a parachurch discipleship training ministry that emphasized both spiritual formation and practical application. Teaching, learning, and encouraging others to grow with intention has remained a consistent thread throughout my work.
EDUCATION, TEACHING and CREATIVE PRACTICE
My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in City Planning and a Master’s degree in Education. With a strong interest in community development and applied learning, I went on to teach as an Adjunct Professor in the undergraduate business program at Union Institute & University. My courses focused on Management Information Systems, E-Commerce, and Information Security.
Whether in the classroom or through creative work, my approach has always emphasized practical understanding—helping people connect ideas to real-world application in ways that are clear, grounded, and immediately useful.
Alongside teaching, I worked in marketing research environments, contributing to graphic and visual communication through charts, data visualization, and image development. This blend of education, technology, and visual storytelling continues to influence how Spirit Warrior Studios approaches narrative and design.
WRITING STORYTELLING AND MOVEMNT
I am a writer and website creator, with stories and articles published across newsletters, websites, and social platforms. I am also the author of a Christian exercise and devotional journal, along with two comic book series that explore character, struggle, and meaning through visual storytelling.
In addition to writing and teaching, I previously served as a martial arts instructor and meditative karate coach, teaching Shotokan karate through the Mid-America WTKO. My workshops and seminars focused on self-protection, awareness, and moving meditation—disciplines that reinforce balance, focus, and intentional living.
PURPOSE GOING FORWARD
Today, Spirit Warrior Studios exists as a creative space for spiritcrafted works in books and visual storytelling—projects shaped by reflection, discipline, and care. While my physical capacity is more limited than it once was, the desire to encourage, teach, and create remains unchanged.
No matter how much or how little a person is able to do, meaningful growth and creative expression are still possible. Spirit Warrior Studios is built on that belief.
